Brindisa Calcotada is back! The traditional Catalan festival around the famous Catalan onion, the calçot, returns to Tapas Brindisa Shoreditch and Tapas Brindisa Battersea. Launching on Saturday 18th January with a vegan only feast at Brindisa Shoreditch, the Calcotada festival feast will then be available every weekend during February and March at both Battersea and Shoreditch.
It’s time to roll-up your sleeves, strap on a bib, strip and dip charred calçots in romesco sauce, pour wine into your mouth from great heights and delve into a vast amount of grilled meats and seasonal vegetables.
