BRINDISA CALÇOTADA 2020

The Brindisa Calçotada is back!

 

It is that fantastic time of the year again when the traditional Catalan festival around the winter onion calçot is celebrated and big groups of friends and family gather together to enjoy the feast.

 

The calçots are chargrilled on open fires and dipped in romesco sauce before being devoured and washed down with ice-cold cava served on a ‘porrón’, the traditional Spanish jug.

 

The feast at Brindisa is completed with succulent grilled meats and vegetables and finalised, of course, with the unfamous ‘crema catalana’. We have a traditional and vegan menus so everyone can enjoy!

 

Available at Brindisa Shoreditch and Brindisa Battersea every weekend in February and March from 12noon to 4pm.
