Comunidad Valenciana March Supper Club

Learn more about the history and culture of Comunidad Valenciana whilst enjoying a three course menu with drinks pairings curated around the produce and expertise of the area.

Our supper clubs aim to highlight each region of Spain with the highest regard, celebrating the diversity of the country through in season produce and speciality dishes. Helping you to explore Spain, without the flight. Each month we are focusing on a different region throughout Brindisa.

Wednesday 15th March – Richmond

Wednesday 22nd March – Battersea

Valenciana sees an average of 300 days of sunshine per year and the region is known for its Paella. Spain’s national dish was first cooked in a freshwater lagoon near Valencia. The original recipe includes chicken, rabbit, and sometimes snails. No peas, chorizo, or red peppers are ever used in authentic paella Valenciana.

Comunidad Valenciana is home to Las Fallas – the biggest street festival in the world. It lasts a whopping 19 days and it has been proven to attract four times over the population of Valencia.

We have used the best of seasonal ingredients and knowledge of the area to create our March supper club menu.
