¡HOLA PRIMAVERA!

¡Bienvenida Primavera! Spring you were missed. We are not only excited about the longer and brighter days but also the mouthwatering flavours of the seasonal ingredients. Our new spring menu is now available at all our restaurants.

 

We have introduced the new Catalan salad Empedrat, made of creamy Navarrico beans, salt cod, fresh vegetables and olive oil. From the interior of Spain, we have brought the ‘Pisto Manchego’, a classic dish from Castilla La Mancha made of fried fresh tomatoes, aubergines, peppers and onions served with a grilled sea bream. A chunk of bread is a must.

 

Sea flavours are added on the menu with the ‘Calamares with alioli’, grilled squid with black alioli and ham, inspired by the flavours of the Spanish beach restaurants ‘chiriguitos’ from all around the Mediterranean coast.

 

Spring would not be the same without asparagus and we have created a very simple but delectable dish made of chargrilled white asparagus with ‘brandada de bacalao’, a creamy mousse of salt cod. Our Castile & Leon ‘Arroz con Morcilla‘ is our seasonal rice dish made of Bomba rice, one of the best quality rice in Spain, with Iberico black pudding.

 

We haven´t forgotten the salads of course! The ‘Ensalada de cogollos con romesco y manchego’ is a baby gem lettuce stuffed with romesco sauce and covered with grated manchego and pinenuts. Once you open and eat it you can´t stop. To finish, we have added a refreshing citrus salad ‘Endivias con naranja sanguina’ made of endives, blood oranges and empeltre black olives. That could be either a tapa or a dessert!
