Our supper clubs aim to highlight each region of Spain with the highest regard, celebrating the diversity of the country through in season produce and speciality dishes. Helping you to explore Spain, without the flight. Each month we are focusing on a different region throughout Brindisa.

Navarra and its next-door neighbour the Rioja region are two of Spain’s smallest provinces and form a cultural and climatic bridge between the coastal areas and the heart of Spanish Castille. These landlocked regions are famous for both their culture and produce the world over.

Rioja is located in Northern Spain and is known for its high-quality wines, scenic patchwork of vineyard-covered hills and captivating medieval villages. It is Spain’s most famous wine region. Therefore we have paired it with the region of Navarra, known for its Navarra is famous for all kinds of vegetables; their specially preserved white asparagus and their artichokes both have protected geographical status.

Our October supper club is centred around the cuisine of this region. Our menu showcases the most seasonal of ingredients, and local of recipes.
