We and the British Sake Association would like to invite you to a very special event…
The meat of the acorn-fed Iberian pigs from Spain is something quite sublime and is currently in the season after the matanza period (the winter slaughter festival).
At Rupert Street, our house special is cured and fresh ibérico pork which we are matching with a rich and flavorsome nama genshu sake from Sam Sake.
The menu will also feature a variety of the best-loved tapas, together with a range of sakes from SamSake, and be finishing with a koshu from Tengusake .
