CALÇOTADA: THE 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
The humble calçot – a member of the onion family that is somewhere between a leek and a large spring onion – is traditionally celebrated in Catalunya with an outbreak of late winter barbecue parties or calçotadas.
We were the first to import this vegetable in the UK and this year we celebrate 10 years of bringing calçots enthusiasts all together at the table to enjoy this hyper-seasonal, social-gastronomic occasion.
