Brindisa began in the early 80s on a shoestring fuelled by the love and support of our UK and Spanish families and friends. For us Brindisa is more than just a business it is a family, this is something we value very highly. Our family is rooted in a shared love of artisanal Spanish food, and excellent hospitality.


From our waiters in the UK to the cheesemakers we work with in Spain, we constantly strive to make our working environment and world a healthy, happy
