Our beautiful new concept, Brindisa Kitchen Bar, can be found at Jubilee Place in Borough Market Kitchen – London’s most famous market’s new communal dining area.

With the majority of the space taken up by the bar, guests can enjoy counter drinking and dining as with the most authentic Spanish market bars. Seating up to 25 and set in the hub of the market, let us delight you with our informal bar and kitchen throughout the day.

The Silver Route

Based on typical market bars across Spain, our new concept Brindisa Kitchen Bar follows ‘La Ruta de la Plata‘ or ‘The Silver Route’ from Andalucia up to Asturias.

Founder Monika Linton commented “our market bar devotes its menu to the foods found as you go north from Andalucia to Asturias. This allows us to tighten our focus and get closer to the fascinating variety of Spain’s mini lands or comarcas that make up their regions.

We can delve deeper into these local cultures: their recipes, crops and ingredients and indulge in their one pot and family dishes and seasonal food habits.”

The Menu

Specialising in produce from the route itself which leads through many varied terrains, our menu will be sectioned by these landscapes and the subsequent produce rather than typical tapas sections.

This is to give our customers the opportunity to learn more about the areas and our chefs the chance to get creative with recipes inspired by cities and landscapes along the silver route.
